Regarded as an indispensable part of Detroit's dance music scene, Mike Huckaby was a first-class DJ and producer, as well as a mentor, tastemaker, and major influence on many others. As a longtime buyer for Michigan's Record Time shop, he supplied music to countless DJs and helped distribute Detroit's electronic music throughout the world.
