Back in the 1980s, Germany's Andre Tegeler was into ska and punk rock. But when the nation's youth shed their Mohawks en masse and began hanging out at dance clubs in the 1990s, so did Tegeler. In fact, he was so taken aback by electronic music that he adopted the moniker of DJ Moguai and started spinning records for a living.
