Biography
The solo project of Deerhunter co-founder/drummer Moses Archuleta, Moon Diagrams drifts between fuzzy ambient techno and down-tempo dream pop. On releases such as 2017's debut album Lifetime of Love, Archuleta's collages of vintage samples and foggy atmospheres had a mysterious magnetism that he heightened on 2019's Trappy Bats EP, which concentrated on his music's most danceable aspects. Though he included more sounds and collaborators on 2024's Cemetery Classics, Moon Diagrams' fusion of experimental pop and electronics was still singular.
