Biography
German folk-pop duo Mrs. Greenbird came to prominence after winning the reality TV talent contest The X Factor in 2012. Formed in 2006, Mrs. Greenbird features singer/songwriter Sarah Nücken and guitarist/vocalist Steffen Brückner. Both had previous experience singing in their church choirs, and Brückner was even a worship leader in his church in Cologne. The two met while appearing at local folk clubs, and in time became a duo on-stage and off.
