Belgian shoegazers Newmoon bring the classic sound of Slowdive and My Bloody Valentine into a new era, with ethereal melodies buried beneath thick walls of guitar. Formed in Antwerp, Newmoon comprised four former members of highly regarded hardcore punk band Midnight Souls: vocalist/guitarist Bert Cannaerts, guitarist Giel Torfs, guitarist/keyboardist Philippe Corthout, and drummer Stef Gouwkens.
