Noel Paul Stookey

Noel Paul Stookey is best known as one-third of the folk trio Peter, Paul and Mary. Stookey balanced his involvement with the trio with myriad activities as a solo singer/songwriter, record producer, and political and spiritual activist, and he has remained active with such endeavors following the death of PP&M's Mary Travers in September 2009. Stookey's earliest inspiration came from the rock & roll of the '50s, and he played electric guitar with several teenage rock bands.
