Eyeliner-friendly post-hardcore act On the Last Day materialized in Seattle, WA, around drummer Drew Dowell and brothers Aaron (bass) and Justin Johnson (guitar). Still in high school, the three were already playing together in a band when, just as their singer was exiting, vocalist-to-be Geoffrey Walker was relocating from Vermont to Washington.
