Orson Hentschel

Düsseldorf-based electronic musician and multimedia artist Orson Hentschel produces tense, cinematic pieces inspired by minimalist composers as well as '90s electronic music. He builds highly suspenseful epics from stiff repetitions of looped, glitchy samples, with added energy from drummer Lukas Baumgart. Hentschel was classically trained as a piano player, but also listened to trip-hop and electronic pop music as a youth.
