Integrating influences ranging from Krautrock and punk to '60s psychedelia, Paperhaus make textured, exploratory indie rock. Childhood friends Alex Tebeleff, Jeff Galfond, and Eduardo Rivera formed the group in Washington, D.C. in 2006. While performing regularly on the East Coast and developing their sound in the studio, they released a series of EPs including Living Is Easy (2009), Paperhaus (2011), and Lo Hi Lo (2013) before presenting their full-length debut.
