Paty Cantú

Paty Cantú is a Mexican pop/rock singer who rose to fame as the lead singer of the Latin pop duo Lu in 2004 before embarking on a popular solo career a few years later. Born Patricia Giovanna Cantú Velasco on November 25, 1983 in Guadalajara, Mexico, she co-founded Lu with songwriter Mario Sandoval. The duo made its eponymous album debut in 2004 with Lu on Warner Records.
