Biography
Paul Ralph Marcano is a musician, visual artist, and web designer from Canada. Since the early '70s, he has recorded dozens of albums, ranging from new age and ambient to psychedelic pop and progressive rock. Initially based in Toronto, he began releasing private cassettes in 1972, including proto-ambient pieces such as Valley Flutes. After relocating to Goldstream, British Columbia, he formed LightDreams in 1981 with Andre Martin and Cory Rhyon, issuing Islands in Space that year.
