Peaness

Formed in 2014 at the University of Chester, England, this all-female trio perform sprightly, melodic, hook- and harmony-laden indie pop. Comprising Oxford's Jess Branney on bass, Swindon's Carleia "Balla" Balbenta on guitar, and Dudley's Rach Williams on drums, all three provide vocals with Branney usually taking the lead. When their studies ended, they each decided to remain in Chester.
