People of the North

An offshoot of the eclectic indie rock ensemble Oneida, People of the North is an improvisational duo featuring Bobby Matador on keyboards and Kid Millions on drums, with the two creating constantly shifting soundscapes rooted in post-rock noise-making and hands-on electronics, with a dash of psychedelic wanderlust thrown in. While Matador and Millions are the core members of People of the North and the two constants in their body of work, they often bring in other musicians to collaborate with them on-stage and in the recording studio, and on occasion the entire Oneida lineup...
