Popincourt

Popincourt is the performance nickname of Olivier Popincourt, a French singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist who favors Brit-styled sophisti-pop in the vein of the Style Council. The musician began the project in France, where he played in and toured with a number of bands over several years before relocating to London, where he co-founded the U.K. quartet Les Hommes Responsables, a covers band with Philip King (Lush), Huw Jennings (Twister), and Andy Nix (Semion).
