New York City indie quartet Public Access T.V. make hooky, swaggering power pop. The band was formed by lead singer/guitarist John Eatherly, who dropped out of high school to join Nashville indie rockers Be Your Own Pet before moving to N.Y.C. to work as a studio and touring musician.
