New York City indie quartet Public Access T.V. make hooky, swaggering power pop. The band was formed by lead singer/guitarist John Eatherly, who dropped out of high school to join Nashville indie rockers Be Your Own Pet before moving to N.Y.C. to work as a studio and touring musician. Eventually inspired to start his own band, he assembled lead guitarist Xan Aird, bass player Max Peebles, and drummer Pete Star, and the four-piece uploaded its first song, "Monaco," to a music-sharing site in January 2014.
