Quarta330 is the moniker of Japanese electronic musician Toru Koda. Equally influenced by Jamaican sound system culture and 8-bit video game music, his brand of pixillated dub has made an impact on both the chiptune and dubstep scenes. After debuting in 2006 with Dot Bubbles, a CD-R released by Swedish label Lo-Bit Playground Recordings, he appeared on 8bitpeoples' 8BP050 compilation.
