The Quartetto di Cremona is among Italy's leading chamber ensembles. The quartet has a large repertory that includes linchpins of the quartet tradition, such as the Beethoven quartets and Italian works, contemporary and otherwise.
The Quartetto di Cremona was formed in its namesake city in 2000, at the Accademia Stauffer, where its members were students of, among others, violinist Salvatore Accardo.
