Rachel Bobbitt weaves melodic indie rock songwriting with densely textured dream pop and folk, resulting in a beguiling and often experimental blend. Based in Toronto, she began releasing music independently in the late 2010s, issuing solo singles and EPs and collaborating with Saskatoon musician Justice Der on the 2019 joint album When This Plane Goes Down. Bobbitt later signed with the Fantasy label which released her 2022 EP The Ceiling Could Collapse and its 2023 follow-up The Half We Still Have. The introspective "Sweetest Heart" appeared in early 2025.
