Biography

A musician with a passion for classical music outreach as well as performance, Richard Narroway is a cellist from Sydney, Australia. Born in 1991, he began playing the cello at an early age, studying with David Finckel, Hans Jørgen Jensen, Susan Blake, and Takao Mizushima along the way. He earned degrees from Juilliard and Northwestern University's Bienen School of Music before pursuing a doctorate with Richard Aaron at the University of Michigan.
