Biography
Metro Detroit-raised Ryan Crosson was heavily inspired by the second wave of Detroit techno DJs, such as Richie Hawtin (aka Plastikman). After taking DJ gigs around the Detroit area for several years, he made the jump to production in fall 2003. Inspired by such minimal techno artists as Matthew Dear and Stewart Walker, his demos were well received by the Cologne-based Trapez imprint, which released his debut 12", Say So, in 2005.
