Playing electro-acoustic folk-pop in a style that's at once beautiful and enigmatic, Safe Home came together in the wake of the breakup of shoegazer rockers the Nightblooms. After the group disbanded, vocalist Esther Sprikkelman returned to the Netherlands and intended to leave the music business for good.
