Making upbeat, elaborate indie electronic pop in the tradition of Passion Pit, Saint Mesa is the project of singer and songwriter Danny McCook. A native of Mission Viejo, California, McCook began writing songs during an illness in his teens that had him in and out of the hospital for two years.
