Biography
Deutschrock band Serum 114, from Frankfurt, Germany, took their name from Stanley Kubrick's film A Clockwork Orange, where the chemical substance was used to suppress criminal behavior. The Social Distortion-inspired punk rock group, which consists of singer/guitarist Esche, guitarist Thorsten Glatte, bassist Markus Stein, and drummer Nils Lang, started out in 2006 and released its first EP, Seid Ihr Bereit?, through Bodog Music in 2008, followed by a self-titled debut album the same year.
