Indie pop singer/songwriter Shalini Chatterjee began her musical career during the late '80s playing bass in the Madison, WI-based Kissyfish. After relocating to San Francisco and learning guitar, in 1993 she formed Vinyl Devotion, releasing a series of acclaimed records through Parasol.
