Sissy Spacek

Los Angeles-based group Sissy Spacek's work encompasses harsh, rapidfire noisecore bursts as well as lengthy musique concrète pieces and free improvisation. The project's most consistent members are noise maestro John Wiese and drummer Charlie Mumma, but their recordings and performances have featured experimental luminaries such as C. Spencer Yeh, Kevin Drumm, Phil Blankenship, and members of the Los Angeles Free Music Society (LAFMS).
