Biography
Emerging from the acoustic solo work of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina native Cayley Spivey, Small Talks make introspective, guitar-based indie rock. Spivey recruited two old acquaintances to form the band in 2015: a friend from middle school, Justin Charette (drums), had reached out to the songwriter after hearing one of her songs; and Kenny Kelly (bass) had attended music school with Spivey before they reconnected through social media.
