Static Daydream

Static Daydream are a noise pop/shoegaze duo from Fredericksburg, Virginia consisting of Paul Baker (former vocalist for Skywave and Ceremony) and his girlfriend, Jamie Casey. As with Baker's previous bands, Static Daydream's Psychocandy-indebted sound is harsh and distorted enough to peel paint off the walls, but his strong melodic sense assures that the songs are driving and immediately memorable.
