SubArachnoid Space

The neo-psychedelic improvisational unit SubArachnoid Space formed in San Francisco in late 1995. Originally comprised of guitarist Mason Jones, bassist Jason Stein, and drummer Michelle Schreibner, they debuted early the following year with the single "Char-Broiled Wonderland," welcoming second guitarist Melynda Jackson shortly after the record's release. The full-length Delicate Membrane followed later in 1996, with Ether Or appearing in the early months of 1997.
