David Harrow was previously a London musician best known for his work with the On-U-Sound team on material by Gary Clail, Lee Perry, Bim Sherman and, under his own auspices, for Psychic TV and Jah Wobble's Invaders Of The Heart. As Pulse 8 (not the record label) he also issued ‘Radio Morocco', the first ever single on Nation Records in October 1989.
