Performing a punishing hybrid of hardcore punk and speed metal, Bl'ast! were a band dedicated to exploring the outer limits of the hard and the heavy. Hailing from Santa Cruz, California, Bl'ast! were a product of the same West Coast underground rock scene that produced Black Flag, a band who were one of their strongest influences and would later mentor Bl'ast!
