Tucson, Arizona's the Myrrors play a sun-baked, mystical form of psychedelia informed by desert blues, Krautrock, free jazz, and Terry Riley-style minimalism. Following the group's home-recorded 2008 debut, Burning Circles in the Sky, they went on hiatus for a few years before returning with 2015's Arena Negra. Since then, they've toured steadily and released recordings which have increasingly focused on political themes, including 2018's Borderlands.
