The Sabres of Paradise were an electronic trio from London who released music that incorporated the spacey sounds of vintage dub, delivered an icy take on Chicago house, and took on elements of experimental techno, gloomy trip hop, and funky library music. Formed by Andrew Weatherall, Jagz Kooner, and Gary Burns in 1992, the trio worked on numerous remixes for high-profile artists from both the electronic and rock worlds, while also releasing two albums -- 1992's Sabresonic and 1994's Haunted Dancehall -- that stand as two of the best albums of the early-'90s electronic scene....
