The Sudden Death of Stars

French psychedelic revivalists the Sudden Death of Stars formed in the town of Rennes in 2009, the five members of the group preferring to go by the numbers 83, 84, 85, 86, and 87 rather than their given names. They released their first EP in September of 2010 for Close-Up Records, then followed it with an album, Getting Up, Going Down, in 2011.
