Australian outfit Tired Lion channel the essence of '90s alt-rock through their guitar-driven, gutsy blasts of indie rock. The brainchild of vocalist and guitarist Sophie Hopes and guitarist Matt Tanner, the duo had originally joined forces while still at school, but the addition of drummer Ethan Darnell and bassist Nick Vasey bolstered their sound. 2013 saw the release of their debut EP, All We Didn't Know, and the group became regulars in their local scene in Perth.
