British improvisational pianist and composer Tom Rogerson has created music in a wide variety of genres, including jazz, post-rock, and ambient. The Suffolk-born musician began playing piano as a child, and later studied at the Royal Academy of Music under the guidance of composer Harrison Birtwistle.
