Trevante

R&B artist Trevante is the son of Joe Halliburton, a member of mid-'90s Big Beat/Atlantic group Groove U. He started singing at a young age and, after relocating from his native Houston, Texas to Atlanta, Georgia, became part of Radio Disney's Incubator program. Known then by the name Tre', he released a single, "Baby Girl," that spent 15 weeks on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart and peaked at number 50.
