Los Angeles-based DJ and producer David Flores uses the name Truncate for his excursions into raw, booming, sometimes trippy techno. Since establishing the Truncate moniker and label early in the 2010s, he's consistently put out dozens of quality singles and EPs, recorded sessions for numerous mix podcasts, and appeared at venues and festivals such as Fabric (London), Movement (Detroit), and Output (New York). Along the way, he's released collaborations with Jimmy Edgar (2015's "Submission"), Ben Sims (as Assailants), James Ruskin (2021's Sketch), and Josh Wink (2022's "Let Go...
