Having originally gotten together for the intention of just looking for something to do in their suburb outside of Philledipha, the five members of Turmoil had no idea how serious this band would eventually become. Showing their appreciation for other East Coast hardcore acts such as Agnostic Front, the Cro-Mags, Sick of it All among others, Turmoil formed in 1992 and immediately flowed with the European release of their first EP "Who Says Time Heals All Wounds?"
