Twisted Wires

Houston, Texas-based Twisted Wires create suspenseful, cinematic darkwave and slow-burning disco, typically including hazy guitars, pulsating arpeggios, and deep, dusky vocals. The project's mastermind is Richard Durham, a singer and guitarist who has also worked with Indian Jewelry and Light Asylum. Twisted Wires made their debut with the beguiling 2009 single "One Night at the Raw Deal," released by Johnny Jewel's lauded Italians Do It Better imprint.
