Unicycle Loves You

Singer/guitarist Jim Carroll recorded solo under the name Unicycle before forming the indie pop group Unicycle Loves You in the summer of 2006 in Chicago, IL, initially as a trio with guitarist/singer Jon Pollock and bassist/singer Nicole Vitale. They later added keyboard and harmonica player Adam Labrada and drummer J.T. Baker, and the quintet played its first show in November 2006. Signed to Highwheel Records, they recorded their self-titled debut album, which was released June 10, 2008. ~ William Ruhlmann
