Universal Order of Armageddon

A highly combustible hardcore band from Baltimore, Maryland, Universal Order of Armageddon were one of the most important bands to rise from what was called the "Emo Violence" movement in the 1990s (though in their case, the violence was musical and not physical). UOA's songs were constructed around precise yet abrupt and off-kilter drumming, jagged, discordant guitars, and furious vocals offering an intelligent but unforgiving analysis of American politics and culture.
