The pseudonym of French producer and DJ Sébastien Michel, UVB first burst onto the techno scene in 2014 with his debut release -- the pulsing What I've Learned EP -- on Bas Mooy's then-fledgling label Mord. Michel, who grew up in Marseille, started producing music in 2009, finding himself drawn to the murky sounds of industrial, new wave, and EBM.
