Valkyrja

Swedish black metal group Valkyrja were formed in 2004 and made a quick name for themselves with their bloodthirsty lyrics and brutal speed. Original members Joakim, J. Lindgren, Skall, Xeproth, and S.W. self-released their debut EP, titled Funeral Voices, in 2005 (later re-released by Deathkrush Productions as Far Beyond), before the band underwent a series of lineup changes. Guitarist Joakim was replaced with A. Hed, and Disdained drummer J. Wallgren took the place of Skall.
