Portland, Maine's Video Nasties play messy, sleazy synth-punk songs about being bored at home and watching slasher flicks and porn. Their music is heavily inspired by Chrome, Suicide, and the Cure's earliest recordings, as well as Italo-disco. The group's main members are B.R. Garm (here going by the name B. Nasty) and Chris Livengood, both of whom were members of psych-folk band Visitations as well as Suicide tribute act AM Frank.
