An acclaimed American designer, entrepreneur, and DJ, Virgil Abloh rose through the luxury fashion world alongside friend and collaborator Kanye West at the tail-end of the 2000s. Known for his Milan-based fashion brand Off-White, he made history in 2018 when he became artistic director for Louis Vuitton, making him the first Black man to direct a French luxury fashion house.
