With a sound that channels Anderson .Paak, Steve Lacy, and late-period Daft Punk, Walter the Producer adds some soul and verve to the indie pop scene with his catchy, part-electronic originals as heard on 2023's No Substance Mixtape and its viral hit "Velma."
