Watchhouse is the project of musicians Andrew Marlin and Emily Frantz, a North Carolina folk duo whose patient songs touch on various Americana traditions while reflecting the realities of their own lives. Formerly known as Mandolin Orange, the pair's slow ascension in the contemporary folk world culminated in 2019's acclaimed Tides of a Teardrop, a chart-topping success that marked their last outing under their old name.
