Drawing from the singer/songwriters and soft rock of the 1970s as well as styles like bossa and Baroque pop, Way Dynamic is led by multi-instrumentalist Dylan Young, drummer for Snowy Band, Darren Hanlon, and more. The project put an oddball, sophisticated spin on smooth sounds with their 2022 debut album, So Familiar. Dylan Young started Way Dynamic in Ballarat, Australia, as an umbrella for his various music creations that hadn't yet found a home.
