Will Lyle

Bassist Will Lyle is an adept post-bop improviser and studio performer with a warm tone and style informed by the acoustic jazz tradition. He's worked alongside players like Ralph Peterson, Billy Kilson, and Dave Kikoski, and he debuted as a leader in 2021 with Source Codes. TrioGram, the eponymous debut from his group with pianist Bijan Taghavi and drummer Kofi Shepsu, arrived in 2023.
