Wing Vilma

Michigan native Miles Coleman records densely layered yet lush and relaxing downtempo electronic music under the name Wing Vilma. Originally from Grand Rapids, Coleman was classically trained as a pianist, and began making electronic music under the name Michigami in 2014. Blending jazzy, mellow chords with intricate drum programming and organic instrumentation, their work soon caught the attention of Detroit-based label Young Heavy Souls, who issued their Tape C cassette in 2015.
